Active, medicinal ingredients

QR Cream contains 2 active ingredients; Mannitol and Menthol.

Mannitol

Mannitol is extracted from plants. It is a type of sugar alcohol. It is used as a low-calorie sweetener in chewing gum and in the baking industry. Medically, it is given by injection to decrease pressure in the eyes and the brain and to improve kidney function.

In QR Cream, Mannitol is applied to the skin. It shuts down the pain signal to the brain and provides “sweet” relief of pain.

Menthol

Menthol is naturally found in peppermint and other mint plants. Menthol has pain relieving properties and is widely used in pain creams and throat lozenges. It is also used in dental care as an antibacterial agent.

In QR Cream, a small amount of Menthol is used to help Mannitol penetrate the skin and reach the nerves. It also provides a cooling sensation.

Inactive, non-medicinal ingredients
The cream base is comprised of a unique blend of inactive ingredients in very specific proportions. The result is a deep penetrating formula that ensures optimal delivery of the active ingredients to the nerves beneath the surface of the skin.
